Q: I can’t activate on a Mac. Can you help?

Sometimes when trying to activate, you will see an error message that indicates that you are ‘offline’ or have “no internet”.  If you do have an active internet connection, then this can be fixed with the following script:
PfC-Mac Offline Fix. Simply download and uncompress this file, then double-click to run it.

If you continue to have issues, please contact our support team, and let them know this didn’t work for you.
