When using Background Removal, does the input size match the output size of a photo?

Background Removal and Background Replacement both have an output size limit of 5000 pixels on the longer edge. You can process images larger than this; the system will automatically downscale these to 5000 pixels. Images below 5000 are processed without any resizing – the output dimensions will exactly match the input image dimensions.

Background Removal and Background Replacement also have a maximum file size of 30 MB – note this is file size and NOT pixel size limit. Image files larger than 30MB will return and error and cannot be processed. Downscaling images with Perfectly Clear resizing can help to avoid these errors.
