Simply put: we don’t sell or rent your data to anyone, nor do we share any data we collect with any companies that are not directly part of the EyeQ team.
We work with other companies to help sell and support or products. That requires that we share some information with them in order to provide these services. Each of these companies also agrees to never sell or share that data with any other company.
We only want to contact you if you want to be contacted by us. Opt-out of all future correspondence by calling or emailing customer support.

1) What we collect
We collect information that you provide to us when signing up for newsletters, purchasing our products, contacting customer support and other similar activities directly related to the sale and support of our products.
We may also collect anonymous usage statistics from your use of our mobile and / or desktop applications. This data does not include any personally identifiable information, IP address or other means to associate the data gathered with an individual person. This data allow us to see what features and image corrections are the most frequently used and are used to improve the products we provide to you.
For our Business and Enterprise customers: we may also collect usage statistics that include your license key. This data is used only for sales, pricing and support purposes. The data includes only aggregate counts of images corrected, and use of specific features with pay-per-use pricing models.
2) Who we share it with.
At times, we hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf. Such services include, but are not limited to, order fulfillment, direct e-mail services and answering customer questions about products and services. These companies will only be provided the information they need to perform the service, and they are strictly prohibited from using that information for any other purpose. We keep your personal data and information private and confidential and we will never sell or rent your information to any outside company.
3) Your Access and Control Over your Information
We only want to contact you if you want to be contacted by us. You may opt-out at any time from future contact from us by emailing customer support. If you are a customer, certain information will be kept (like what you purchased and when). You may also:

* correct or change any of that information
* ask us to delete any of this information
