How to Use Perfectly Clear Cloud

Perfectly Clear Cloud is an easy-to-use web application that processes photos via the cloud. It allows you to quickly batch process photos with minimal effort. There’s nothing to download or install, and it only takes a few minutes to get up and running! Here’s how to get started.

Step One: Upload Photos & Videos

After logging in, navigate to the “Jobs” tab in the left panel. The “Jobs” tab is the main space where you upload photos and videos, apply corrections, apply resizing (photos only), and then process and download your corrected photos.

To create a new job, simply drag in files or select photos and videos from a folder. Please note that it make take some time for your photos to upload, depending on the size of the job.

Step Two: Select a Preset

For photos:

Once photos are uploaded, select a preset (the corrections to apply) from the “Select a preset” dropdown menu. By default, the Cloud is preloaded with our two most popular AI Preset Groups, which each contain a number of presets that get automatically applied depending on the scene of the photo. Decide which preset group you’d like to apply:

1. Universal – best for a wide array of photos. If your business has imagery of people, landscapes, and objects, this preset group is for you!
2. Pro – best for professional portrait photographers. This can be used by professional portrait photographers, school and sports photographers, event photographers, etc.

You can read more about our AI Preset Groups here. We encourage you to test out the default presets first! You can also create and upload your own custom presets.

For videos:

Currently, there is only one preset for video. This will be automatically chosen and applied for you, so nothing to do here!

Step Three: Process Job

After choosing a preset, click the “Process Job” button to process your photos and videos. You’ll be taken to a new screen with information about the job you just created.

Step Four: Download Photos

Once your photos are ready for download, click the “Download” button to receive a ZIP file with your corrected images and download your videos. Please note that it may take some time for your files to process, depending on the size of the job. Once you have started processing your job, you can close out and come back.

Step Five: Review!

To correct more photos and videos, simply repeat the steps above. In the “Dashboards” tab, you’ll find information about all jobs that you’ve processed. Thanks for using Perfectly Clear Cloud!
